Kathy works with individuals or small groups to assist with career or personal development plans; skills development; personal awareness and problem solving. She has also coached speakers prior to important presentations including a nationally televised Press Club Luncheon.

Kathy has the experience in many different contexts and cultures and a personal style that is supportive and honest. She was awarded MBA Graduate of the Year by the Australian Institute of Management for her contribution to Australian management.

Film Script writing

Kathy has written numerous educational videos with topics ranging from leadership to fraud awareness and safety. While at ANZ she won Awards against international competition for two videos around leadership. Kathy currently works with an Associate with extensive experience in film production.
