Kathy Rozmeta

Kathy has been the director of KRA since 2003. For most of her career she has held senior management positions globally and nationally in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (Coca-Cola Amatil) and Banking and Finance (ANZ Banking Group). She has also held senior roles in Universities and government

Experience in Large Multi National corporations

Unlike many consultants who draw primarily from research and second hand knowledge, Kathy is also able to draw on her own hands-on experience as a Senior Manager working in the field of organizational development over fifteen years. She was global Chief Manager with the ANZ Banking Group in the 1990's and national and global Senior Manager with Coca-Cola Amatil until 2003.

In her most recent corporate role she was responsible for all aspects of Learning and Development with an emphasis on leadership and management development, at one stage across eighteen countries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Within a dynamic multi national environment Kathy was a key player in cultural change initiatives.

Experience - Government and Statutory Authorities

Prior to her fifteen years in corporate management, Kathy worked in the public sector including several years in Universities. Her roles focused on Education, Staff Development, Equal Opportunity and Change.

Qualifications and Awards

Kathy has a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She is a qualified teacher and has won awards for her script writing and production of educational video against international competition.

She won the MBA Graduate of the Year awarded by the Australian Institute of Management Consultants following University nomination, for her contribution to Australian Management.
